Request Payment Instructions
Email or call Ninja Cabs and tell the reservations team which approved electronic payment method you want to use.
Step three
Wait for Written Confirmation
Your ride is not confirmed until payment has been received, reviewed, and followed by direct reservation confirmation.
Electronic payment options
Use only verified payment instructions
Never send payment using information from an unknown message, social-media account, or unverified person claiming to represent Ninja Cabs.
Invoice payment
Electronic Invoice
Ninja Cabs may send a secure invoice that allows you to complete payment electronically.
Approved transfer
Zelle or Venmo
Request the correct recipient information directly from Ninja Cabs before submitting any transfer.
Other approved options
PayPal or Payment Link
Additional electronic options may be available depending on the trip and payment amount.
Important notice
No payment means no confirmed pickup
A promise to pay cash later does not hold a reservation. Driver and vehicle availability may change before payment is completed.
Do not travel to a pickup point or rely on a quote request as proof that a driver has been assigned.
