Use this page to send your requested pickup, destination, travel date, passenger count, luggage information, and vehicle needs. The trip is reviewed before a driver is assigned, so submitting the form does not automatically confirm service.
Tell us where the trip begins and where it needs to go
Enter the most accurate information available. Missing addresses, incorrect times, or incomplete passenger details can delay the review. Watch for a confirmation message and any payment instructions after submitting.
Your request still needs confirmation
A completed form sends the trip for review. Service is not confirmed until Ninja Cabs verifies driver availability, route timing, vehicle availability, and any required payment or deposit.
Use the booking option that fits your trip
Standard taxi requests can use the reservation form. Chauffeur, executive, manual, or black SUV pricing should use the separate quote form.
