Ninja Cabs vehicles are not wheelchair-accessible vans and cannot transport a passenger while seated in a wheelchair.
Passengers must be able to transfer into and out of the vehicle independently or with help from a family member, caregiver, or personal assistant traveling with them. Mobility devices must fit safely in the assigned vehicle.
Passengers needing a wheelchair-accessible vehicle should contact the appropriate public transportation provider, including Hudson Public Transit, River Falls Public Transit, New Richmond Public Transit, or Dunn County Transit, depending on the pickup area.
Providing complete information helps determine whether the vehicle and driver can safely handle the request.
Provide the complete pickup and destination addresses, requested date and time, and any appointment arrival deadline.
Tell us whether the passenger uses a cane, walker, folding wheelchair, or requires a companion to assist with entering and exiting.
Provide a working phone number for the passenger, caregiver, facility, or family member coordinating the trip.
