Ninja Cabs may coordinate or outsource transportation to independent drivers or third-party transportation companies. These providers may have separate pricing, vehicle, payment, cancellation, insurance, and service policies.
When a trip is transferred, customers may be required to communicate directly with the assigned provider and comply with that provider’s terms.
Service is subject to driver availability, weather, road conditions, traffic, mechanical issues, airline changes, local operating hours, and other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Ninja Cabs does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access or continuous transportation availability.
Customers must follow lawful driver instructions and may not engage in threatening, abusive, illegal, unsafe, or destructive conduct. Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, dangerous items, open alcohol where prohibited, vehicle overloading, and damage to a vehicle may result in refusal or termination of service and additional charges.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ninja Cabs disclaims express and implied warranties relating to the website and online services, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, and error-free operation.
